Teresa was able to diagnose the issues (arthritis) and recommended a certain treat and food that contains glucosamine/chrondroitin and I'm seeing a marked improvement in his energy level. They are very knowledgeable about the different products, and were willing to help me locate particular items for my dog the they might not always carry. All of them have excellent customer service skills. They are great with pets and people too! My 'rescued' dog was completely bald from reaction to a flea infestation but after following a careful program of grooming and Avoderm food available at this store, she now has a wonderful coat and has increased her weight. The Barkery area is especially nice, CLEAN, HUGE variety, well displayed and is operated just like a 'people' bakery in that you can get whatever you want to suit your dog’s need. We have 2 dogs--one with food allergies and one that is a very aggressive chewer. Teresa helped us select hypo-allergenic dog treats and tough, long-lasting toys. Our dogs love to visit her store! She also organizes wonderful pet gatherings that everyone enjoys. We highly recommend her barkery.
