Robin is awesome! Paws up!!! We went on vacation and wanted someone to watch our two cats. We didn't want to board them. We wanted them to be at home where they were confortable. We read how good Robin is with animals and I knew we had to meet her. She is the best. Not only did she come and take care of our animals, she loves them like they are hew own. Thank you Robin! While on vacation, my pets were in the best hands!

I have used Robin's services several times since my last review (9/07) and I can't say enough good things about her. Not only does Robin take excellent care of my cat, but her daily diary sheets keep me informed on what took place while I was away. Robin is a loving, trustworthly person and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to care for their pets. I can honestly say that I wouldn't entrust anyone else to come into my house and take care of my cat's care.

I would recommend All Creatures Great and Small Pet Sitting to everyone. I needed to find a sitter for my cats quick after my previous one bailed out on me and before I could even leave Robin a message she was calling me back. The next day she came over and met Daisy and Lily and I knew right away that she was great. She leaves notes saying what she did and how the cats were and I could tell she and Lily had bonded. My only regret was not finding her sooner!

Robin and her crew ROCK! My pooch is pretty laid back and happy to start with and does well with most folks. But, there is a definite difference in his interaction with Robin's service than with others I've had in the area. They are available, consistent, thorough, and provide great feedback. Customer service is paramount! In fact, I had to travel home for a funeral service over the Easter weekend and thought it might be hard to get someone to watch my pooch while I was out of town. There were no problems, no hassels, and no issues. In fact, my dog had scratched his head before my trip and I was concerned about how it was doing while I was gone and whether it needed vet attention. Ginger took the time to email me to let me know that everything was fine and eased my concerns (as I tend to be a smidge overprotective of my pooch). I wish I would have found this group before my last pet walker - it would have made life a lot simpler. I highly recommended them.

Robin is great! I just got back from a week-long vacation and she and her assistant cared for my extremely shy cat and aquatic frog while I was gone. She leaves a detailed log of each visit and is very thorough with feeding, changing the litter, etc. The rates for her services are also extremely reasonable. I contacted Robin's service because of her great reviews on this site and I was not disappointed. If you are looking for pet sitting in the Lisle or Naperville area, I would highly recommend All Creatures Great and Small Pet Sitters, Inc!

Robin is great! After a couple of mishaps with other pet sitters, she has restored my faith. From the minute she entered our home for the initial meeting, I could tell she loves and cares about animals. My cat is a little difficult, but Robin approaches him at his speed. I am confident that over time, they will become good friends.

Robin and team has always been very accomodating and flexible on schedules which I appreciate as my travel schedule varies and is sometimes shortened or lengthened. They are also very interested, attentive, and responsive to my requests for pet sitting my bunny rabbit. I appreciate the logs they leave describing services and update on my pet. I would highly recommend them!

Robin is fantastic! She has taken care of our two cats (Bobo and Margie) twice, and I was very happy both times. I love that she leaves a log to let us know what happened on each visit-- it helps to comfort my husband and me that our kitties received a little love while we were away. When she came by to meet the cats, they took to her immediately and it was very obvious that she is an animal lover. I highly recommend All Creatures GREAT and small!

Robin ALWAYS does a great job. From vacation help, to very last minute requests she is always willing to help. I have a very high-energy lab and a very crabby cat and Robin handles them both with great care. She takes Max (the lab) on runs in the morning so he doesn’t terrorize our house when we’re gone, and she handles our crabby cat like he was the nicest creature on the planet. I trust her thoroughly and I know when I call to check in when we are on vacation that she won’t let me feel crazy for missing my animals!! When we first rescued Max he was a NUT JOB and she took on the task with great energy, he even broke out of his collar on a walk and she wrangled him in without incident. My crazy brood loves her and I trust her… enough said!
