They offer items that the big box stores do not. If you want it, they got it or they will get it for you. The last puppy I bought there was a beautiful Pomeranian. I found all staff to be friendly and knowledgable. They had a large selection of what we were looking for (plus tons of other animals - puppies, kittens, fish galore, birds, etc), and were patient and really helpful. We'll be back! The staff was enthusiastic, helpful and very knowledgable. I observed their handling of different customer needs and would have been satisifed even if I was purchasing in a different category.
